Dr. Richard Dobrusin became a board certified Mohel in 1990. Since that time, he has practiced as a Mohel in the greater Phoenix area. Dr. Dobrusin performs the Brit Milah ceremony valley wide for Phoenix and the surrounding communities. He is a proud member of the National Organization of American Mohalim (NOAM).
